RESERVATION FEE & DEPOSIT

To secure your room and date, a $1,250.00 non-refundable Reservation Fee is required for larger functions; and a $695.00 non-refundable Reservation Fee is required for smaller events. This Fee will be applied towards your Total Charges on the Final Bill. A deposit of 50% of your projected total bill is due 90 days prior to your event. Full payment of your estimated balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

Payment of charges in excess of the estimate is due the day of the function when the check is presented. Acceptable forms of payment are cashiers check, money order, travelers’ check, and credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

 

ROOM CHARGES

There are standard room rentals and set-up charges that apply to all functions. Rooms are rented in four (4) hour increments. You are also guaranteed two hours prior to function for all deliveries and set-up requirements.. A charge of $150.00 will be assessed for each additional hour.

The Ballroom - $600.00
The Florida Room - $400.00
The Courtyard - $300.00

All Three Rooms - $995.00

LINEN CHARGE

A linen charge of $12.00 per table will be assessed for all floor length round linens required.

 

BANQUET BAR OPTIONS

Cash Bar

A cash bar may be set up for any group of 30 people or more. There is a $100 bartending charge assessed to the client. The client has no further obligation to the bar. The guests attending the event would then purchase drinks if so desired.

Open Bar

All open bars are done on a consumption-basis only. The Dubsdread Catering Staff can assist you with determining an estimate for the bar based on the product the client wishes to be made available. In the event that the bar is nearing the projected dollar amount, the client would be notified and be given the choice to authorize additional monies to be put on the bar, or to convert to a cash bar. The client does not pay the cash bartending charge when the bar is converted from open to cash bar. The client is able to specify exactly what they would like at the bar (beer and wine only, beer wine & liquor, or beer wine and a specialty drink).

Drink prices are as follows:

Domestic Beer - $4 by the bottle
Import Beer - $5 by the bottle
Wine - $5 by the glass
Liquor - $6 for Well
$7 for Call
$8 for Premium


GUARANTEES

A Final Guarantee is due 10 Days prior to your event. There is a 20-person minimum for all events unless prior authorization from Management is given. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the Host will be financially responsible for the number guaranteed. Any increase is subject to availability. Dubsdread will prepare for 10% over the guaranteed number and the host would be charged at the agreed-upon rate for additional guests within the 10% overage. All guests over the 10% variance will be billed at 20% over the original amount.

Prices quoted are subject to change.

 

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

Due to Health Department and Alcohol Beverage Control Laws and Regulations, outside food and beverage are not permitted, with the exception of Celebration cakes.

 

ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SERVICE

As a licensee of the State of Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, Dubsdread strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to service and sale of alcoholic beverages. We ask your understanding and must insist upon your corporation in preventing sales to minor and/or intoxicated persons.

 

DECORATIONS

All table centerpieces and other decorations must meet fire and safety codes and regulations. In addition, Dubsdread does not permit anything to be affixed to the walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, furnishings or any other property unless club gives approval. In the event any of the foregoing is done without authorizations, the person and/or company responsible for the function will pay the cost of any repair and/or damage to theproperty. Removal of all decorations is the responsibility of the client. Removal of all items must be done at the end of the event.

 

SECURITY

Dubsdread, at its discretion, may require security for certain events. The cost of these services will be the responsibility of the client.

 

LOSS AND DAMAGE

Dubsdread is not responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left prior to, during or after any event. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to Dubsdread property by the client, guests and/or attendees of the event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Reservation Fees and Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled. Cancellations must be made in writing, and any events cancelled less than ten (10) days prior to the event may incur a Cancellation fee.

 

TAX & SERVICE CHARGE

20% Service Charge will be added to all food and beverage. State Sales Tax will be added to all charges.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES & CHARGES

Bird Seed, Rice, Confetti, Glitter and Sparklers are not permitted on property. Additional charges will be assessed to all groups failing to comply with this policy. Bubbles and Rose Petals may be used in outside area only.

 

APPROVED VENDORS

All vendors on our Approved Vendor List are experienced and trusted wedding professionals, ensuring your wedding day goes smoothly. Vendors not listed may be approved on an individual basis with advance written approval by Dubsdread, prior to contract signing. This only applies to vendors providing goods or services on Dubsdread property.
