Ceremony Policies

Dubsdread Catering and the client will agree on a scheduled rehearsal time. The rehearsal time will not exceed one hour. Any time beyond one hour will be considered a room rental and charged to the client accordingly.

All deliveries and decorating for ceremony will take place at least one hour prior to the scheduled guest arrival time.

Per person fee includes ceremony rehearsal, day of ceremony banquet chairs with set up, optional use of wrought iron ceremony arch, one hour of pre-ceremony and ceremony room rental time, and Dubsdread coordinator to assist with ceremony and rehearsal.

The ceremony is to be no longer than one hour. This is the time allotted for the ceremony room rental, so any additional time will be charged accordingly.

Please note that the start time of the ceremony will be 1/2 hour after guest arrival.

Courtyard and Florida Room Rental: $500

Fee only applies when booking ceremony without on-site reception. Fee is in addition to standard per person ceremony fee. Florida Room to be used for guest arrival and inclement weather.

Time allotments apply to Saturday weddings only.

Ceremony & Reception: 11am - 4pm

Reception Only: 11am - 3pm or 12pm - 4pm

Ceremony & Reception: 6pm - 11pm

Reception Only: 6pm - 10pm or 7pm - 11pm
