A cash bar may be set up for groups of 30 or more. A $125 bartending charge will be charged to the client, after which the client has no further obligation for the bar. The guests attending the event may purchase drinks if they wish.
You can specify exactly what you would like served at the bar (beer and wine only; beer wine and liquor; or beer, wine and a specialty drink). Open bars are charged on a consumption basis only. The Dubsdread catering staff can help you estimate the cost for the bar based on the product you wish to have available. On the day of your event, if the bar is nearing the estimated dollar cost, you will be notified and be given the choice to authorize additional money to keep the bar open, or alternatively to convert to a cash bar. If you elect to convert to a cash bar, you will not be assessed the normal cash bar bartending charge.
